Welcome to Fujitsu TravelSmart Rideshare!

Who can rideshare?

This rideshare site is available to Fujitsu employees. To register and begin ridesharing, you must register using your Fujitsu email address.

What is ridesharing?

Rideshares consist of two or more people driving to or from Fujitsu together in the one privately owned car. This allows the participants to share the costs of driving and parking, and reduces the greenhouse gas emissions and tailpipe pollutants from their daily commuting. It also provides another commuting option for those who don’t own a car.

Benefits of ridesharing

Ridesharing is a simple yet effective way that you can help reduce carbon emissions that contribute to global climate change. Saving money, reducing congestion and conserving energy along the way are just bonuses!

Ridesharing has many benefits, including:
  • Sharing travel
  • Easier to find a park with fewer vehicles on site
  • Save time by using T2 or T3 lanes on the commute
  • Save money by sharing the cost of tolls and fuel
  • If you alternate vehicles, it reduces wear and tear on your car
  • Apply for a priority ridesharing space at some sites
  • Reducing greenhouse gas emissions and local traffic congestion
  • It's a great way to meet people!

Decided to rideshare? Here's help to make sure you find your 'perfect match'!

STEP 1 - Find your rideshare match

To register for the Fujitsu Rideshare program you will need to enter your Fujitsu email address.

STEP 2 - Who's got the wheel?

Decide who will drive, when, where you will meet and how many days you will drive together. It may help to make a schedule of what days and times you will rideshare together.

STEP 3 - What's fare is fair

You will need to decide early on whether you are going to share the driving or share costs in some way. There are no obligations in this regard, but try to work out an arrangement that everyone is happy with.
